Definitions-

DBA: Doing Business As

Made-to-Order: The production of a product is completed after product is purchased and payment is process.

Product: Item sold by Purfect Crafty Ladies.

PCL: Purfect Crafty Ladies or any product line by Purfect Crafty Ladies

• Purchases
  1. Products and Designs
  2. All products and designs are made-to-order unless otherwise noted.
  3. Once a product order is placed and paid for you cannot add, change, or subtract anything from the order. 
  4. All product and design purchases are final sale.
• Made to Order
  1. All products are made-to-order unless otherwise noted.
  2. You may not duplicate or replicate any design or product sold by PurfectCrafty Ladies without written permission. 
• Payments
  1. Payment methods include but are not limited to PayPal, Visa, and Apple Pay
  2. Payment will be charged before production of product.

• Custom designs may require a deposit before the template is created.
  • Order Processing
    1. Orders will ship out within two weeks of purchase for all in stock Product.
    2. PurfectCrafty Ladies reserves the right to cancel an order at any time and give the customer a full refund.

• Customers can cancel their order within the first 24 hours of order placement, but are subject to a convivence fee that is no more then50% of order price.
• Shipping
  1. Products are shipped anywhere continental United States.
  2. Made to order products will be shipped within 2 weeks of order, unless otherwise noted.

• Products are shipped via USPS or UPS. Local pick up is available, but pick up hours are not guaranteed. 
• Delays in receiving products
  1. If am item is delayed in production a customer is eligible for a refund under these conditions:
     1. For made-to-order products if item has not shipped within 2 weeks of customers payment clearing. 
     2. For Custom Orders 1 month from the date of custom orders being paid in full.
  2. Purfect Crafty Ladies and it’s owners are not responsible for potential lost revenue or lost revenue related to delays in receiving product.
• Customers are responsible for providing accurate information. Any delays in receiving products related to customer providing incorrect information (e.g.wrong address, name) will be at the customer’s expense.
• Purfect Crafty Ladies is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages once in the hands of the shipping company.
• Promotions/ Coupons/ Sales
  1. Free Shipping- Free shipping codes are not available to use when a product is on sale, and they cannot be combined with any other offer.
  2. Unless otherwise stated coupons are only good for one time, one customer. 
  3. PurfectCrafty Ladies has the right to discontinue a sale, promotion, or coupon at any time with prior notice. Sales, Coupons, and Promotions are subject to item availability. 
• Social media- PurfectCrafty Ladies reserves the right to moderate and censor all social media accounts. And PCL’s reserves the right to block anyone that uses the tool for self promotion, profanity, indecent, or inappropriate content.
• By accessing or using this website, you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
